SCHOOL MANAGEMENT AS A FORM OF EDUCATIONAL MANAGEMENT

This article presents some key aspects of school management as a form of educational management. Notions and specifics of both school management and educational management are clarified. Their subjects and areas of expertise are defined. Parameters and levels of school management are explained in respect to the functions of the school director and her/his assistants, teacher council’s activities and the board of trustees. Special emphasis is placed on the educational process management and its levels.
