GENERAL CONDITIONS/TERMS
For publications of scientific articles in the e-journal “Pedagogical Forum” and DIITT, Trakia University

Trakia University implements the Policies for protection of personal data and information which is accessible on the following website - www.uni-sz.bg/lichni-danni/

The current document establishes the interaction between the authors of publications, the e-journal “Pedagogical Forum” and DIITT, Trakia University and provides information about the processing of personal data. The document could change upon which the authors will be informed through the site.

ATHORS ARE THOSE WHO:

• Fill out and turn in correctly the registration form provided in the e-journal’s website.
  • Have received confirmation by DIITT, Trakia University of the registration form they have submitted.
  • Have submitted their article/s, complied with the e-journal’s guidelines and within the set deadlines.
  • Have received confirmation by DIITT, Trakia University of their article/s approval.
  • Paid the publication fees in full within the set deadlines.
  • Are familiar with and accept all conditions and terms presented on the site.

THE AUTHORS ARE INFORMED THAT:

• The entire correspondence between the author and DIITT, Trakia University is confidential. It could not be publicly displayed or presented to third parties.
  • All personal data provided by the authors will be processed and kept by DIITT, Trakia University for the purpose of publishing of E-Journal Pedagogical Forum.
  • Authors can fill out registration form and submit articles for discussion and publication through their user profile.
  • The submitted articles will be collected and kept, processed and published by DIITT, Trakia University after successful peer-review process.
  • Authors can follow the peer-review process through their user profiles prior to publication.
  • The articles approved for publication will be included in the following issue of the e-journal.
  • Articles which are not accepted will be deleted and there will be no information about them kept in e-journal’s database.
  • Every article should be submitted by the authors directly. Submission of articles by third parties is not acceptable except with the DIITT, Trakia University’s explicit agreement prior to submission.
  • They are not allowed to submit articles non-compliant with the publication guidelines or/and the e-journal’s ethic policy.
  • All fees are non-refundable except when publication was not successful in the cases, when the publication does not occur because of DIITT, Trakia University.

AUTHORS GUARANTEE THAT:

• All information they present is correct and current.
  • They are the authors of the articles they submit or they have the author’s explicit permission to publish them, as well as that they are familiar and agree with the current terms, as presented in this document.
  • They are fully responsible for the content of their articles and the consequences from publishing the content.

DIITT, TRAKIA UNIVERSITY CAN REFUSE REGISTRATION OR ACCESS TO THE E-JOURNAL’S SITE TO AUTHORS WHO:

• Do not agree to provide the necessary/mandatory data in the publication form.
  • Undermine the prestige and/or the reputation of Trakia University, authors of publications, other people or organizations.
  

DIITT, TRAKIA UNIVERSITY CAN REFUSE TO PUBLISH ARTICLES IF:

• They do not follow the publishing guideline, as they are presented on the site.
  • Are not thematically related to the e-Journal’s topics.
  • Are with unclear and unsettled authorship.
  • Are with proven plagiarism.
  • They undermine the prestige and / or reputation of third parties or organizations.
