The Requirements of Bulgarian Business – What Skills Young Professionals Need

The report examines, analyzes and presents the requirements of Bulgarian business to the competencies that young professionals need for their successful implementation in companies and makes recommendations for improving the training of young professionals in our country. By providing basic competencies and characteristics required by the modern competitive economy, in terms of the level of graduates in the field of education and training, proposals are made for the necessary skills of young professionals.
