PEDAGOGICAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF PROFESSIONAL-PRACTICAL COMPETENCY OF PEDAGOGY STUDENTS

The article is focused on the student learning portfolio as a tool for stimulating the formation and development of a sustainable motivation for professional-practical competency of pedagogy students. Portfolio development is based on the active approach. From this approach’s point of view the process of development is considered at several fundamental levels: the motivational level, goals level, means level, reflection level. A complex of pedagogical requirements considered as a system providing efficiency in this process is motivated: approaches, functions, mentors, didactic reflexive tasks, tools, technology.
