THE ROLE OF EUROPEAN SCHOOLNET AND SCIENTIX PROJECT RESOURCES AND THEIR EDUCATIONAL POLICIES FOR EFFICIENT WORK WITH TALENTED AND GIFTED CHILDREN

Scientix is a project of the European Schoolnet EUN. It is managed by DG "Research" of the European Commission and is funded by the 7th Framework Programme.
Its main objective is to ensure regular dissemination and sharing of progress, know-how and best practices in science education. In resource repository project (http://scientix.eu) you can find information about 1400 resources in various European and national projects. There are already more than 6,000 registered users.
The online platform offers communication services, including a forum and chat rooms, online news related to education and a calendar of upcoming events. A-valuable asset is the ability for online training and regularly receive a monthly newsletter to registered users. The platform is dynamic and focused on customers.
