The basic tenets of the individual psychology of Alfred Adler were successfully recreated and further developed in contemporary practice and theory by his most ardent follower Rudolf Dreikurs. He discovered and clearly defined the methods whose application could impede the development of children and have a disruptive influence on their creative potential.
