QUALITY OF VOCATIONAL EDUCATION AND TRAINING IN THE CONTEXT OF EUROPEAN AND NATIONAL POLICIES AND PRACTICES

A series of normative documents approved within the frameworks of the European Union /EU/ in the field of education determine two main objectives of the educational policy: equal access to education and quality education. European initiatives, which face the challenges of rapid changes in economy and society, define the quality of vocational education and training /VET/ as a key factor for the sustainable social and economic development.
