VALIDATION OF COMPETENCIES - THE ESSENCE, THE REASONS AND THE IMPACT ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES AND ORGANIZATION

The article focuses on the essence of validation of competencies, the reasons behind developingsuch procedures and how it affects the development of human resources and the organization itself. The author justifies two approaches to the theoretical and analytical interpretation of the validation of competencies – scientific-methodological and strategic-operational. The article presents two means of influencing validation on the organization and its human resources – direct and indirect (mediated).
