PROFESSIONAL CHARACTERISTICS, SKILLS, PERSONALITY SKILLS, ROLES, VALUES, MAIN SPHERE OF KNOWLEDGE AND COMPETENCES IN THE PROFESSIONAL WORK OF THE TUTOR FROM A NEW TYPE IN THE HOMES FOR CHILDREN DEPRIVED OF PARENTAL CARE
In the present article is presented the problem of tutor from a new type /social pedagogue/ in homes for children deprived of parental care, his professional features in the social institutions. Here are referred the professional skills, the personality qualities, roles, values, the main fields of knowledge and competences which needs to have every tutor in his professional work with his colleagues in the performance of sociality-pedagogical activities and educative interactions with the children in the institution "Home".
