COMPETENCE FRAMEWORK OF THE CAREER DEVELOPMENT TRAINING MODEL

A competency framework as one of the components of an original career development-training model of pedagogical specialists is presented in the article. The framework was developed based on empirical study of competency frameworks in America, Australia and Britain. Summary presents the main parameters of the training model. Emphasis is placed on the career management competences according the Australian framework. The teacher competences system is justified. Conclusions are made and generalizations regarding competency framework and enrich the theory and practice of the adult career development education and training in Bulgaria.
