TEACHING IN THE CONTEXT OF PEDAGOGICAL RELATIONSHIPS

The question of the effectiveness of education a very useful topic of discussion. What do children learn? What is the quality of teaching? The problem is that sometimes discussing such topics brings about the risk of one-sidedness. There is also the chance of too much focus on the aspects, which are important for the Movement for Effective Schools or highlighting the so called “pedagogical school”. Is the already familiar contradiction between education focused on substance and education focused on the child just a trap we need to avoid?
