COMMUNICATION IN TRAINING AS AN IMPORTANT SOCIAL AND PEDAGOGICAL FACTOR

Communication is a complex phenomenon that can hardly be unambiguously defined. In the context of an educational institution, it is characterized by a certain specificity that affects its effectiveness. Because of its complexity, communication is the object of studies and clarification from various scientific fields, and pedagogy. Of a particular interest is the assessment from the learner’s point of view. This issue provoked the current research and lead to empirical study among students studying "Nursing" at the Medical University "Prof. Dr. Paraskev Stoyanov" - Varna; students who have also already studied two pedagogical disciplines and have a theoretical idea of the essence of this phenomenon.
