CONFLICT IN SCHOOL

The article discusses the problem of school conflicts. The author's view is that conflicts are part of a person's life or a student's life. In this sense, they should not be viewed as merely a negative phenomenon and a failure in the education of the disciples. If you know the peculiarities, the laws and the stages of the conflict, if you have the right techniques for managing it, then it can become a positive phenomenon for the development of the student's personality and the attitudes at school.
