PHILOSOPHICAL AND METHODOLOGICAL MEANING OF THE CONCEPT OF “APPROACH”

In pedagogical literature it is vitally important to provide an exact definition of the concepts “approach”, “method” and “means”. They are often used rather freely and imprecisely. This article reveals the meaning of the concept “approach” and its accompanying concepts of “principle”, “category”, and “method” at three levels: philosophical, didactic and methodological within a specific domain.
